Candidate Labels

Example

What Are They?

Page-printer sheets of addresses for Vote-By-Mail voters in the focused election.

The same information can also be output to a data file.

Labels are produced for voters who:

  • Have a Vote-By-Mail request in the system.

  • Have been sent a mail ballot.

  • Have picked up a mail ballot.

Labels are not produced for voters who:

  • Have protected addresses.

  • Have already voted. For example, if a voter has returned a mail ballot or has early voted in the election, a label for that voter is not produced. However, voters who send in an advance ballot but not their mail ballot are included in the label run.

  • Were included in a previous run for the candidate.

Size

The label size and layout on the page is specified on the Label Layout dialog for the document Candidate Labels for Absentee Voters (CandLabels). We recommend you select Avery 5161 labels.
